Ordering spare parts:

If the part or service is selected correctly, the order should be placed. To do this, you need to add the product to the cart, and go to it to place an order. After that, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of the order. 

Terms of order:

For ordering spare parts from abroad, a minimum advance payment of 50% of the cost is provided, regardless of the method of delivery.

When ordering spare parts from abroad, the main currency for calculating the cost of goods is the US dollar ($). The calculation in national currency is carried out on the day of shipment of the goods from our warehouse at the commercial rate set on this website.

When ordering spare parts, the cost of which exceeds $ 150, 100% prepayment is provided (or by individual agreement).

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

Payment methods:

Payment to the company's current account through a mobile application, a self-service terminal or a bank branch;

Payment in cash upon pick-up from the company's warehouse or upon delivery by courier;

In the case of delivery by a transport company, payment by post-payment is possible.

Transport company (shipping is carried out from Monday to Friday until 17:00);

Pickup (by arrangement)

Courier (Mon-Fri from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

"Courier" service in the "Uklon" taxi (shipping Mon-Mon from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)

The main transport company for delivery is "Nova Poshta". It is also possible to send by any other service upon individual agreement. Delivery by a transport company is carried out at the expense of the recipient.

The shipment of the goods is carried out after the payment of the subscription (if it is provided for in the terms of the order).

Delivery by courier is possible only for small spare parts weighing up to 5 kg. The cost of delivery by courier in Kyiv is UAH 100, and when ordering in the amount of UAH 10,000. and more - for free.

Delivery using the "courier" service in the "Uklon" taxi is carried out at the expense of the recipient at the rates of the "Uklon" company.

When ordering spare parts from abroad with the help of air delivery, the cost of delivery to Ukraine is additionally paid at the rate of $9 per 1 kg. actual weight for small cargo and $15 per 1 kg. for large cargoes.

When ordering spare parts from abroad with delivery by sea, the cost of delivery to Ukraine is additionally paid at the rate of $4 per 1 kg. actual weight.
